Firstly, we at Hull Self Store would like to say a huge thank you to all who contributed to our huge toy donation for the NSPCC in December!
After the tough year we all had, we thought it would be a great idea to do something special for those who need it the most and we could not of raised as much as we did without all your help and support!
We have since received a lovely thank you letter from those at NSPCC that reads as per below.
"I want to write and say a massive thank you from all the staff the Grimsby NSPCC Service Centre for the unbelievable amount of gifts you donated this Christmas for our children and families.
We were all overwhelmed by the generosity of your staff and the other companies who donated.
This year has been particularly hard for our families. Due to the impact of welfare reform, rising poverty levels and the pressure on the food banks, they were also worrying about the additional expense of Christmas which was adding to their already high stress levels. Your donations have enabled us to provide our families with a happier Christmas and we all sincerely thank you for your support."
We are so thankful for everyone who got involved and helped us with the donation!
