Hull Self Stores chosen charity for Christmas 2021 was the NSPCC. We decided after the success of last years donation, that we would support their Light Up Christmas For Children Campaign for the second year running.
We would like to send thanks to those who donated this year and helped us in making a difference to the families that the NSPCC work with.
The NSPCC sent us the below letter this week and we would like to share it with you all.
"Thank you so much for the present donations we received this year – could you please pass on our thanks to everyone involved.
I think this year was the biggest response we have had, it was amazing! Every year we are so surprised with the support we get for our families, especially with the ongoing economic situation due to COVID and other factors.
Thank you so much for thinking of us again this year. Your support is never taken for granted and so very much appreciated by ourselves and our families.
You have made a difference and put a smile on a lot of children’s faces this Christmas"
We are very grateful for all the generous contributions we received and are happy to of helped such a wonderful charity 2 years in a row.
Throughout 2022, we will have an NSPCC donation box on the reception. Any donations are more than appreciated.
